1 x Block Fu Fighters Tofu

1 x tbsp Sesame Seeds

1 x tbsp Light Tahini

1 x tsp Tamari or Soy Sauce

1/2 x tsp Turmeric

1 x tbsp Coconut Oil

Black Pepper


Step One

Begin by mixing the tahini, tamari, turmeric and black proper into a paste.

Step Two

Chop the Tofu into chunks and marinade in the mixture for as long as possible – preferably in the fridge overnight.

Step Three

When you are ready to cook with it, roll the sticky tofu in the sesame seeds, aiming for an even distribution.

Step Four

Melt the coconut oil in a hot frying pan and shallow fry until crispy and golden.
