chickpea tofu originates from the Shan region of Burma and is eaten all over the country as a popular everyday street food that’s either fried or in a salad.
we are producing it as a NEW ready made and packaged, healthy grocery product for the chiller aisles.
it can be eaten straight out of the packet or pan-fried, double fried or baked and served as the protein part of a meal.
